One of my favorite things to hear in the office is “You just don’t know.” It usually means, you don’t know how long I’ve had this problem, you don’t know how many things I’ve tried to use to fix it, and you don’t know how much better this feels now. Best feedback. A good referral for me is a friend or family member who is rubbing their necks or holding their back and they just don’t know how much better they can be.
